Microwave Chocolate Brownie

In a microwave safe bowl:
Melt 100gms Butter for 1 minute then add
2 Eggs, 1 tsp vanilla essence - stir - then sift in:
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Plain Flour
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Powder
Stir and then add whatever you would like ie:
1/4 cup choc chips or 1/4 cup coconut or walnuts etc

Pour into a microwave safe dish (eg quiche dish) and microwave for 6 minutes.
Great for cutting into slices or use as triangles for dessert served with boysenberries, ice cream etc.
Can also be cut up into little squares for little treats or dust with icing sugar.
